Employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards.

Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  Back hallway: U-Boat carts containing boxes reduced the exit route width to 17 inches.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.   The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398739, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Bldg 6088 Mokapu Road, MCBH Kaneohe Bay HI 96863.  The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384376, Notice Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/30/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1025 Del Valle Drive, Twentynine Palms MCB, CA 92278.
