29 CFR 1926.1428(a)(3): The employer did not make the documentation for whichever option is used available at the site while the signal person is employed by the employer. The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section. 470 Maine Street, Oxford - The employer utilized riggers from the third employer set crew to lift a modular home and roofing materials. The employer provided a qualified evaluation and reviewed the employees qualifications but failed to document these qualifications following the evaluation.
