29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: (a) On or before 1/12/2023 the employer failed to ensure the access door functioning as a machine guarding on the Ross-850 Tray Sealer was installed and used in a manner that would not result in employee injury. The access door fell under its own weight resulting in employee injury.
