29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about January 16, 2023, at the water treatment plant, employees were exposed to corrosives such as, but not limited to sulfuric acid while transferring from the system's piping into a 250-gallon tote. The nearest safety shower/eyewash was not within 10 seconds (roughly 55 feet).
