29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 244 Route 46 East, Fairfield, NJ - Roof level The employer did not ensure that employees operating aerial lifts used fall protection. Employees engaged in the installation of composite roofing materials used a SkyJack, Model SJ86T Aerial lift and were not utilizing fall protection or anchored to the basket with a lanyard. Violation observed on or about January 20, 2023
