An employee used a body belt as a part of a personal fall arrest system, exposing the employee to falls of approximately 20 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite at 800 East Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA 19085 - Roof of Building: On or about May 24th, 2023, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting roofing activities in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were working along the unprotected sides and edges of the roof while installing asphalt shingles, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 20 feet.
