29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn, and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 641 Route 440 Jersey City, NJ Employee(s) engaged in steel erection activities worked from the basket of a Genie Aerial Lift and were not secured to the lift basket by means of the required lanyard attached to the boom, exposing employees to fall hazards. Violation occurred on or about 01/23/2023 IPAC Steel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1577986, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-19-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Industrial Rd Lodi, NJ 07644
