29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) On or before 1/24/2023, the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of eyes for immediate emergency use. A trash barrel and pallet boards placed in the area of the eyewash station created obstacles to from accessing it for immediate emergency use.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a)On or before 1/24/2023, sufficient access and working space was not provided. Hand carts were parked within 36 inches of electrical panels in common walkways. This condition exposed workers to shock and burn hazards.ds.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   (a) On or before 1/24/2023 the employer failed to ensure that Relocatable Power Taps were being used as permitted by the product labeling. In the warehouse loading and unloading area a relocatable power tap was used in palace of permanent wiring to power a product scale.  The condition exposed employees to hazards of burns, fire, and electrical shocks.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train each employee in the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment specified in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer.  (a) On or before 1/24/2023 the employer failed to train each employee on the correct use of equipment. The employer provided training did not include use of the "Manual Lowering Valve" to rescue employees that are unable to reach the controls after a fall and suspension on safety belt.
