29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  Location - 15 Buff Cir., Newton, MA.  On or about 1/24/2023, employees were not instructed to wear the PFAS correctly while working at heights greater than 6 feet. The shock absorbing lanyard was attached to the dee ring on the back, however, the other end of the lanyard was attached to side or front mounted dee ring. The lifeline then was attached to the wearer's side/front dee ring by another connecting device to keep the lifeline in front of the employees.
