29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. Location: 100 Ford Street, Lynn, MA; On or about 05/11/2023, employee and employer representative were observed working from a flat roof 13-feet above the ground below without adequate fall protection. Employees were wearing harnesses for fall protection but failed to properly tie off to lifeline, anchor points or other suitable means of fall arrest.
