29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) On January 24, 2023, in the packaging area, a wall mounted metal junction box was covered with another metal junction box with pre-punched knockouts installed as a receptacle to provide power to equipment including, but not limited to fans. The two junction boxes had become separated, exposing the internal conductors.
