In the trench located at William Road and Harney Road, Thonotosassa, FL 33592: On or about 01/26/2023, the employer exposed employees to a cave in hazard, in that employees were conducting work in an excavation at a depth greater than 5 feet without using a protective system.  The employer, T. D. Thomson Construction Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393385, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/06/2019, with respect to a workplace located at the East side of 5200 Williams Rd, Tampa FL.
