29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: a) On or about January 19 2023, powerline near 4008 Gill Road, Ponchatoula, LA 70454, employees replacing a bare pole wire did not ensure power lines were de-energized or otherwise guarded properly before work began.
