29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction on Lot #115 located at 1243 Westshore Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Roof: On or about 01/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 130 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction on Lot #115 located at 1243 Westshore Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Roof:  On or about 01/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 21-feet, 11-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof sheathing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.    a) New residential construction on Lot #115 located at 1243 Westshore Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, First floor: On or about 01/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 11-feet, 6-inches, in that employees were not provided a ladder which had the side rails extended at least 3-feet past the landing.
