29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: In the shipping department, the electrical control panels did not have a 3 foot clearance and sufficient access to the electrical control panels for maintenance and emergency purposes. The electrical control panels were blocked by pallets of weather block mortar, and bags of elastotic coating material. The working space was not kept clear at all times.

The Sika Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1324193, Citation Number 1, Item number 3b, and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2019, with a final abatement date on 08/21/2019 in a Formal Settlement Agreement with respect to a workplace located at 1682 Marion Williamsport Road E, Marion, OH 43302. The Sika Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1317604, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2018 with a final order date of 11/08/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4155 Scofield Rd., DOUGLASVILLE, GA 30134.
