29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about January 27, 2023 and at times prior, at 1950 West 8th Ave, Hialeah FL 33010, an employee who use a hazardous chemical (i.e. oil dri absorbent) on a daily basis was not provided with training as evidenced by, among other conditions; employee lacked knowledge of the location and availability of the employer's hazard communication program, location and availability of safety data sheets, and the hazards presented by the chemical.
