29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a. Building 1 - On or about March 8, 2023, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from an unguarded piece of equipment (Pacific press brake J110-16/10 SN:A779). The light curtains installed were not adjusted to a tolerance that would prevent employees from putting their hands inside the equipment. Corrected during the inspection.
