29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Kentucky Court, Lot 351, Hoschton, GA, Roof: On or about January 30, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 10-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that personal fall protection systems were not connected to the anchor points and life-lines provided on the 6/12 pitched roof. Rodrigo Aranda Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528722, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2021 , with respect to a workplace located at 224 SweetBay Ct. Lot 712 Peachtree City GA 30269.
