29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 2 Hovtech Boulevard, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 1 inch to the floor surface below, when walking and working from the top plates of a commerical structure's second floor interior wall frames while not utilizing fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/31/23.
