29 CFR 1918.22(b):Each side of the gangway, and the turntable if used, did not have a handrail with a minimum height of 33 inches (measured perpendicularly from rail to walking surface at the stanchion) and a midrail. M/V CMA CGM Virginia, Terminal B63, Berths 60-63, Port of Oakland - A section of gangway railing was missing the top and midrail on the right side as required. Employees are exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards.
