29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Central Transport, 3888 45th Ave, Denver, CO: On or about February 2, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip, trips, falls, and fire hazards while working in the warehouse. The warehouse is kept in a general state of dishevelment with pieces of broken pallets, nails, and other debris scattered throughout the work area.
