29 CFR 1910.263(e)(1)(v)(b): All mixers with power and manual dumping arrangements were not equipped with safety devices which prevent the agitator from being started, while the bowl is more than one-fifth open, without engaging both hands of the operator: a) Back room- Employees utilizing the horizontal mixer were exposed to amputation hazards from rotating mixer parts when the agitator is able to start without engaging both hands of the operator, while the bowl is more than one-fifth open, on or about February 3, 2023. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
