29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. a) Residential Construction located on Lot #268 at Waldon Crossing, Cumming, GA 30041. On or about 02/06/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet, 9-inches to the lower ground level, in that the working platform attached to the JLG all-terrain forklift truck was not secured to the forks or installed into the fork pockets as required by the manufacturer.
