29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Intersection of CR 711 and Hwy 27: On or about February 7, 2023, and times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards by allowing employees installing roof framing on a new residential building to use the top of a step ladder as a step. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
