DBA ANDRE TUCKPOINTING & BRICKWORK did not provide adequate means of access to a ladder jack scaffold that was approximately 13 feet above a point of access in a worksite located at 1698 Louisiana Ave in Saint Louis, Missouri. DBA ANDRE TUCKPOINTING & BRICKWORK was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336673, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4972 Botanical Avenue in Saint Louis, Missouri.
