29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  (a) On or before 2/7/23, the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the Bauer bench grinder was adjusted to no more than 1/8th of an inch maximum opening. This condition exposed employees to ingoing nip points and flying chips and sparks.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  (a) On or before 2/7/23, the employer did not ensure that service panels rated 600 Volts or less had at least 30 inches of clearance. The area in front of the service panels had items stored within 30 inches of the panel. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
