29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:  a) On or before 2/7/23, the employer did not compile a list of hazardous chemicals present in the workplace. Safety data sheets were not maintained to reference the appropriate product identifiers. Employees work with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to: Rugged Brake Parts Cleaner, Jake's Clean Green, Rugged XL Antifreeze 50/50 Pre-mix, and Rugged Gold Antifreeze 50/50 Pre-mix. Maintaining a list of hazardous chemicals is important to inform employees of the hazardous chemicals in their work area and to maintain safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical as required by this standard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  a) On or about 2/7/2023, and at times prior, the employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Employees work with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to: Rugged Brake Parts Cleaner, Jake's Clean Green, Rugged XL Antifreeze 50/50 Pre-mix, and Rugged Gold Antifreeze 50/50 Pre-mix. Without access to safety data sheets employees lack information on appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, chemical handling procedures, and first aid measures to take if exposed.
