29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a. On a roof, at a temporary multi-family residential construction site, located at 3500 University Boulevard N, in Jacksonville FL, at building 10: On or about February 7, 2023, the employer, exposed employees to fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing operations.  Knights Roofing and Restorations Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618853, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as final order on January 5, 2023, with respect to workplace located at 424 Caribbean Place, St. Johns, FL 32259.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a.   At a temporary multi-family residential construction site, located at 3500 University Boulevard N, in Jacksonville FL, at building 10: On or about February 7, 2023, the employer, exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the ladder rails did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing surface of the roof at the eave.  Knights Roofing and Restorations Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618853, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as final order on January 5, 2023, with respect to workplace located at 424 Caribbean Place, St. Johns, FL 32259.
