29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) At Stratford Hills Subdivision, Lot 190, 5150 Halford Way Ball Ground, GA 30107, On or about February 7, 2023, where workers performing framing operations were observed as exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that the employer allowed the use of the 110V extension cord, missing its grounding pin to power the Makita circular saw and DeWalt circular saw. Both saws in use were double insulated.
