29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New single-family residential construction located at 8755 Shipton Circle (Lot #216 Lot #216 Stratford Hills Subdivision), Ball Ground, GA 30107, First floor: On or about 02/07/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while working from the leading edge.
