29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches: On or about February 3, 2023: Employees operating an overhead crane at the Eaton Corporation Factory located at 4200 Hwy 30 East, Kearney, Nebraska, were exposed to struck by hazards in that raised loads were not secured or properly balanced prior to manually inserting dunnage under the load.
