On or about 2/8/2023, Alan Wire Company had not ensured any powered industrial trucks which were found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, and were removed from service. The following forklifts were in use and not removed from service:  a) Hyster 100 Fortis, Model S100FT, SN J004V02060N.  The forklift was defective at the time of the inspection; it had a missing LPG locator/indexing pin and had missing control lever labels.  b) Hyster, Model H60FT, SN P177V03919N.  The forklift was defective at the time of the inspection; it had a missing LPG locator/indexing pin.
