29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladder(s) were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and/or after an occurrence that could have affected their safe use: a- 261 90th Street, Stone Harbor NJ: Company worksite workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when utilizing damaged portable ladders and a shingle shuttle track (being used as a ladder). These ladders contained broken rungs, damaged rungs, bent side rails, etc. at the time of and prior to the worksite inspection. These ladders had not been inspected by a competent person while at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 02/08/23.
