Residential Construction located on Lot #3 at 813 Eva Kennedy Rd, Suwannee, GA 30025, Roof: On or about 02/08/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the lower ground, in that hazardous conditions were determined to be present but were not effectively communicated to employees in order to avoid and/or eliminate the unsafe working conditions before beginning any work.
