29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New residential construction located at 4635 Trefoil Path (Lot #148 Bramblett Grove), Cumming, GA 30040, First floor: On or about 02/06/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 4 inches to the inside flooring area and 21-feet to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while working from the leading edge. Damian Ponce Loredo LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or it's equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1567835, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/04/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 38 Fernbrook Trail (Lot #146), Dawsonville, GA.
