The eyewash station provided did not provide a minimum 15 minute flush capacity and was was located 79 feet from the corrosive material.   ABATEMENT NOTE:    ANSI Eyewash Station Standard Z358.1-2014 states:  1.  All flushing equipment must be located in areas that are accessible within 10 seconds (roughly 55 feet);  and   2. All flushing fluid temperature shall be conducive to promoting a minimum 15 minute irrigation period.
