29 CFR  1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)  Near Wash Cabinet Area, on or about February 9, 2023 - An adequate eyewash station was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use where employees use and handle corrosive materials including E-Nox  and Surfox-T.  The eyewash station provided did not provide a minimum 15 minute flush capacity and was was located 79 feet from the corrosive material.   ABATEMENT NOTE:    ANSI Eyewash Station Standard Z358.1-2014 states:  1.  All flushing equipment must be located in areas that are accessible within 10 seconds (roughly 55 feet);  and   2. All flushing fluid temperature shall be conducive to promoting a minimum 15 minute irrigation period.
