29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  a) Drum Room at the facility - 115 Engineers Road Hauppauge NY, 11788. On or about February 9th, 2023 the employer did not ensure that exit route in the Drum room was free and unobstructed. The  route to the Exit in the Drum Room was blocked with 5-gallon buckets of paint.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
