29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about February 10, 2023, employees were exposed to potential burns and physical injury from portable fire extinguishers being blocked and not mounted. These instances included: a. Maintenance Storage/Exit Door - blocked with equipment, b. Cooker Room/Exit Door - blocked with trash cans, and c. Warehouse/Storage Building - sitting on floor, not mounted.
