29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: At a facility located at 1301 Stahl Drive, Warrensburg, MO, 64093, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards associated with the use of a power-operated industrial truck that was not in safe operating condition. The employer exposed the employee to these hazards as the employee was allowed to operate a power-operated industrial truck while the backup alarm was not operational.
