29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire: In the Maintenance Shop / Weld Shop Area, employee(s) engaged in maintenance and machine shop activities were exposed to explosion and fire hazards in that a cylinder of acetylene and a cylinder of oxygen were stored together on a torch cutting cart but had not been used for approximately 6 months to 1 year.
