29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Tiger Masonry, LLC while working on Lot 31 of the Yellow Bluff Marina Community, on or about February 13, 2023, the employer failed to guard all protruding reinforcing steel onto which employees could fall exposing them to an impalement hazard.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (Construction Reference 1926.103) (a) Tiger Masonry, LLC while working on Lot 39 of the Yellow Bluff Marina Community, on or about February 14, 2023, the employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134 to employees who utilized N95 respirators on a voluntary basis exposing them to respiratory hazards.
