29 CFR  1926.651(b)(4): While the excavation was opened, underground installations were not protected, supported or removed as necessary to safeguard employees:  a. Eagle Rock Reservation Entrance, Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, NJ  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards during excavation from the unsupported underground electrical line that feeds the street lights. Employees were digging a 7 feet excavation to install water and meter main.   Violation observed 02/16/2023
