29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the jobsite located at 13873 Bentley Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33907; on or about 2/15/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing activities such as but not limited to tile removal on a 6:12 pitch residential home roof approximately 25 feet in height.
