29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Nevada Army National Guard, Field Maintenance Shop, 6510 Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada: On or about February 17, 2023, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that the work rest on a Baldor bench grinder measured over one half inch from the abrasive wheel.
