29 CFR 1910.125(e)(5): You must prohibit smoking in a vapor area and must post a readily visible "No Smoking" sign near each dip tank: Main Bay, Southern Wall: On or about February 17, 2023, employees were potentially exposed to burns and other hazards created by flammable chemicals that were improperly labeled. Signage indicting "No Smoking" was not posted where a ZEP solvent tank that contained up to 45 gallons of BZ7482 Parts Washer Solvent R19835 5G, a Category 2 highly flammable liquid was used.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: Main Bay, Southern Wall: On or about February 17, 2023, employees were potentially exposed to burns and other hazards created by flammable chemicals that were stored in unlabeled containers. A ZEP solvent tank that contained up to 45 gallons of BZ7482 Parts Washer Solvent R19835 5G, a Category 2 highly flammable liquid and aspiration hazard. The tank was not labeled indicting the specific hazards of the solvent.
