29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladders were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder way approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) Center of Area A, 3rd Floor - On or about February 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, an employee was working from an 8' ladder with its base 4' out from the top support. The horizontal distance was from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-half of the working length of the ladder, exposing employees to fall hazards
