29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes: On or about February 21, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the self-swap cage located near the main conveyor on the eastern side of the facility limited the width of the walkway utilized by employee(s) to less than 28-inches. Thus exposing employee(s) to slip, trip, falls and/or entrapment hazards.
