(b) At 19042 US Hwy 19, Clearwater, FL 33764, in the showroom/ dispensary area: On or about February 22, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the fire extinguisher in the main showroom/dispensary area was not clearly identified allowing prompt access to fire extinguishers in the event of an emergency. (c) At 19042 US Hwy 19, Clearwater, FL 33764, in the employee break area area: On or about February 22, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the fire extinguisher in the breakroom/ timeclock area was not clearly identified allowing prompt access to fire extinguishers in the event of an emergency. (d) At 19042 US Hwy 19, Clearwater, FL 33764, in the vault entrance area: On or about February 22, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the fire extinguisher in the hallway, near the vault entrance was not clearly identified allowing prompt access to fire extinguishers in the event of an emergency.
