Establishment: On or about February 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees who were required to operate the three MHM Screen Printing Machines were protected from struck-by hazards by the guarding of rotating parts in the area between the pallets of the manual work area.

Establishment: On or about February 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that all employees who operate electric pallet jacks were trained to operate a powered industrial truck safely.  Zuse, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526988, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 54 East Industrial Road, Branford, CT.
