29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. New residential construction located at 471 Magnolia Drive Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 02/22/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15-feet 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in siding installation activities using a pump jack scaffold system.
